    The jack cylinder is a seamless steel tube inside which the shaft moves. The elevator jacks are designed in such a way that the piston inside the cylinder is not in contact with it. Therefore, there is no need to polish the inner surface of the cylinder. The upper end of the cylinder is equipped with sealing parts that are in contact with the shaft. The main oil flow port can be located at the top, bottom or anywhere in the cylinder body. Determining the exact location of the jack port depends on its type and installation method. For example, direct-acting jacks installed under the cab have their port located above the cylinder and connected to the hose. Also, sub-telescopic jacks are different in that their port is located at the bottom of the jack and is directed up through a tube outside the cylinder.<\/p>

    Rapture Jack:<\/p>

    Rupcherolo or jack safety valve is an important part in hydraulic elevators, which is used to prevent the sudden fall of the jack in the event of a rupture of the hydraulic hose. This part must pass all the technical tests and get the standard certificate.
